About Smallcrete
Bill and Christina Thayer have been installing concrete floors in condos and small homes since 2015. Bill is certified in Polished Concrete and Decorative Floor Finishes. “It’s a labor of love and a leap of faith. You must really love decorative concrete to put so much effort into it on every step when you never really know how the floor will appear until the final seal is applied.
