Here's what she got from a competitor that was cheaper and said they could create the floor in the vision pic "no problem"

The Challenges

The customer was so emotional that she paid OT charges for me to remove the floor on a Sunday. I did about 4 sample boards so we could communicate what she liked in style and color choices.
