Polished Concrete Process

Our 11-step dry polish takes several days and sometimes weeks to complete. The look is like someone lifted up your house and slid a slab of granite under it. The process itself is derived from the same process, chemicals and tooling that the Terrazzo trade uses. We start with course metals and increase the grits and bonds until a beautiful LUX1, LUX2 or LUX3 finish appears. The process includes filling cracks and spalls, pit grouting, at least one densification step, optional color and 2 burnishing steps. The penetrating acrylic sealer allows your concrete to breathe and provides some stain resistance. This elegant look is also very nice on outdoor patios and offices.
